Based upon each site’s current cleaning specifications, we evaluate the cleaning schedules and systems and through cleaning percentage guidelines, determine if the specifications meet the client’s contractual expectations for the cleanliness of each specific area within that facility. We then create recommendations for each client to improve the current percentage and achieve the highest possible rating for ongoing cleaning quality. These recommendations can then be shared with the current in house or cleaning contractor to evaluate their training programs, quality assurance programs and onsite supervision. We then compile all information in each of these areas to complete a site specific detailed analysis.
Sundown Consulting can also assist you and your facility in the development of your next Cleaning Contract RFP. In today’s cleaning market there has been a wide scope of changes in the industry that should be reflected in any RFP. When searching out potential new service providers everything from equipment and chemicals utilized by the Contractor to their Safety Training and Supervision must be addressed. Your RFP must outline each of these topics in order to ensure the potential service providers understand the scope of work required at your site or location. The RFP is the foundation of your partnership with your service provider – make sure you both start out on stable ground.
